Bed & Breakfast Au Pré des Sources

- Arrival and departure times:

Your arrival should be between 5 and 7 p.m. except by prior agreement. Thank you, therefore, for telling us the time of your arrival. This in order to offer a warm welcome to each of our Guests.
Your departure must be before 11 a.m.

The rooms are prepared for 2 people, although there is the possibility of an additional bed depending on the rooms that allow it (see rates).

Our rooms are non-smoking, but they all have direct access to the terraces for smoking guests.

- On-site services:

Free wi-fi access in the rooms (except "La Borie"), the terraces and the living room of the house.
Herbal tea room and library with tourist documentation and loan of board games open to all.

3 hectare park with ponds (not secured). For parents: children must be accompanied for walks and visits to our animals living in the park and near the ponds. They remain under your supervision and your responsibility for the duration of your stay.

Our guests must respect the peaceful character of the place. No meals will be served in the rooms, and these should in no case be transformed into a picnic area (tables are available on the terraces). Our guests undertake to return the rooms in good condition.

- Breakfasts:

They are served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. (except on special request).
They will be served on the terrace if conditions allow it or inside in the dining room.
Breakfasts are made with local products, and pastries and jams are homemade.

- Pets :

Our 4-legged friends are admitted under certain conditions to preserve the tranquility of all our Guests. They must be kept on a leash in common areas, and should be discreet, non-aggressive and clean. It is absolutely forbidden to leave animals alone in the rooms. Any damage they may cause will be the responsibility of their owner and will be billed. A supplement of 5 € will be charged per animal and per night.

- Conclusion of the contract:

The reservation will be effective upon receipt of the deposit. 25% of the total amount of the stay will be requested with a minimum of one night per room reserved and a copy of the signed contract. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, holiday vouchers.
The balance of the “remaining due” stay must be paid upon arrival at Au Pré des Sources, except by prior agreement.
A 5% reduction will be applied from the 4th night on the entire stay.

- Cancellation of the contract:

If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is returned to the customer. If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner.

This contract is established for a specific number of people. The owner reserves the right to refuse any additional person (see conditions for additional person in the prices). This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that no refund of the deposit can be requested.

In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the period initially reserved is due in full to the owner (if not yet paid), or kept by the owner (if already paid).

- Tourist tax:

We collect the tourist tax, which we donate to the Lascaux-Dordogne Tourist Office. It is 0.60 € (per adult and per day) for guest rooms.
